My wife was parked at a gas station 5 miles from our home and all outlets and lights began billowing smoke into the cabin. The fire department was called and they disconnected the battery. It has 30000 miles driven.

While driving my 2016 Chrysler Town & Country around 45mph in active traffic, the vehicle suffered a sudden, catastrophic, and complete loss of motor power.

    Remedy: Chrysler will notify owners, and dealers will install new hood striker bolts with the proper torque, free of charge. The recall began on October 22, 2015. Owners may contact Chrysler's customer service at 1-800-853-1403.
