My vehicle was involved in a bad accident on September 1, 2023. The Air Bags FAILED TO DEPLOY! As a result, my Daughter sustained injuries. My insurance company is chomping at the bit to crush it! They have already totaled it.

    Remedy: Chrysler will notify owners, and dealers will replace the vent window switch with a newer version, free of charge. The owner notification letter was issued and the remedy campaign launched on on December 31, 2014.

    Remedy: Chrysler will notify owners, and dealers will replace the driver's air bag cover with a redesigned cover, free of charge. The recall began February 11, 2021. Owners may contact FCA US LLC customer service at 1-800-853-1403.
