Tl* the contact owned a 2001 Chrysler LHS. While the contact was driving 40 MPH, another vehicle did not yield to the right of way. As a result, the contact slammed on the brake pedal and crashed into the rear side of the other vehicle.

The clockspring on this model is defective and needs to be replaced. After trying to order the part for repairs from numerous distributors and dealers, it was determined that Chrysler has not released an order to make and distribute the part!

Key in ignition won't turn- locksmith says he sees a lot of new Chrysler cars with this problem. Burrs on cylinders in ignition. 1ST time this happened the car was under warranty and was towed to dealership.
