APPLIED THE BRAKES AND THE TRUCK KEPT ON GOING. THE TRUCK DID NOT HAVE ANY BRAKES. DRIVER HAD TO PUMP THE BRAKES VERY HARD BEFORE THE TRUCK WOULD STOP.
