TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2002 CHEVROLET COBALT. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 22 MPH ON NORMAL ROAD CONDITIONS, THE VEHICLE UNEXPECTEDLY LOST POWER STEERING ABILITY. THE VEHICLE CRASHED INTO A CEMENT BARRIER AND WAS DAMAGED.
