TL* THE CONTACT OWNED A 2005 CHEVROLET COBALT. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 30 MPH, THE STEERING WHEEL SEIZED AND THE POWER STEERING WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. AS A RESULT, THE DRIVER CRASHED INTO A CONCRETE TRAFFIC BARRIER.
