TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 CADILLAC SRX. WHILE SHIFTING INTO REVERSE, THE VEHICLE ACCELERATED FORWARD, CRASHED INTO A STORE, AND STRUCK ONE PERSON. THE PERSON STRUCK BY THE VEHICLE SUSTAINED BROKEN RIBS THAT REQUIRED MEDICAL ATTENTION.
