While driving 45 MPH there was gray white toxic type smoke coming through vents of vehicle. Problem resulted in vehicle being engulfed in flames. Possible cause electrical system failure as noted by GM investigators and fire department.

While driving 35 MPH vehicle was in a frontal collision. Air bags deployed and burned driver's arm. *ak the seat belt would not release from the buckle. The occupant had the squeeze under the seat belt to get out.
