Over the last approximately 20,000 miles or so I've noticed a studder/shaking of the vehicle when turning and/or accelerating at slow speeds, in particular, while the car is cold (not warmed up).

I was pulling into a parking spot. I was riding slowly into the correct position. Immediately the car went into full acceleration. Knocked the parked car in front about 8 feet, turned and knocked another car on the side.

The contact owns a 2022 BMW X5. The contact stated that his foot was caught on the mat and the vehicle accelerated. The contact had to engage the parking brake to stop the vehicle. There were no warning indicator lights illuminated.
