AFTER ONLY 12,000 MILES OF RIDING THE VEHICLE, THE SECOND GEAR IN THE TRANSMISSION WILL SLIP OUT. YAMAHA DENIES ANY KNOWLEDGE OF THIS HAPPENING TO ANY OTHER VEHICLE, AND EXPECTS THE OWNER TO COVER THE COST OF PARTS AND LABOR.

VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: MOTORCYCLES. THE SCREWS HOLDING THE SIDESTAND SWITCH CAN LOOSEN AND FALL OUT DUE TO ENGINE HEAT AND VIBRATION. IF THIS HAPPENS, THE SIDESTAND SWITCH WOULD NOT FUNCTION CORRECT
