R 20061129 — vehicle speed control

ON CERTAIN MOTORCYCLES, THE AIR FILTER MOUNTING SCREWS MAY COME LOOSE AND FALL OUT.

Remedy: DEALERS WILL REPLACE THE AIR FILTER ELEMENT WITH A NEW ONE THAT IS DESIGNED TO HOLD THE SCREWS SECURELY FREE OF CHARGE. THE RECALL BEGAN ON NOVEMBER 29, 2006. OWNERS MAY CONTACT YAMAHA AT 714-761-78
