THE MOTOR HOME WAS PARKED IN GAS STATION LOT WITH THE EMERGENCY BRAKE APPLIED. WITHOUT WARNING, THE MOTOR HOME ROLLED INTO THE ROADWAY AND THEN STRUCK A FENCE. DEALER DIAGNOSED THE EMERGENCY BRAKE DID NOT HOLD.
