HIGH NUMBER OF FAILURES OF BRAKING SYSTEM. *MR (IN RE: WORKHORSE SYSTEM) WHEN THE EMERGENCY BRAKES WERE APPLIED, THE DRIVER COULD FEEL THE TIGHTENING OF THE CABLES AND THE AMOUNT OF PRESSURE APPLIED TO THE BRAKE PADS AND DRUMS.
