OWNER CALLED INTO ODI AND REPORTED THAT HIS MY 2008 VOLVO 780 WAS CRACKED AT WELDS IN THE FRAME. VEHICLE BOUIGHT USED FROM ADVANTAGE VOLVO-GMC IN CHARLOTTE, NC IN NOVMEBR 2010 AND USED IN LINE HAUL SERVICE.

EXHAUST LEAKS INTO CAB WHILE DRIVING. THIS HAS BEEN AN ONGOING CONCERN SINCE OWNING THE TRACTOR. IT HAS BEEN IN THE SHOP AT LEAST 10 TIMES WITH CONTINUAL LEAKS WITHIN WEEKS TO MONTHS AT A TIME.

VOLVO TRUCKS IS RECALLING CERTAIN MODEL YEAR 2007 AND 2009 VHD, MODEL YEAR 2006 THROUGH 2010 VN, AND MODEL YEAR 2007 THROUGH 2009 VT TRUCKS MANUFACTURED FROM NOVEMBER 7, 2005, THROUGH OCTOBER 30, 2009
