TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2002 VOLVO S70. WHILE EXAMINING THE VEHICLE, THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THE BRAKE LIGHTS WOULD REMAIN ON EVEN WHEN THE VEHICLE WOULD BE TURNED OFF. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED.
