DESIGN OF BUCKLE IS NOT SAFE. CAR SEAT BECAME UNBUCKLED FROM THE SEATBELT, AND WHEN THE VEHICLE STOPPED QUICKLY, THE CHILD FLEW FORWARD AND WAS INJURED. DEALER CONTACTED AND CANNOT DUPLICATE THE PROBLEM. PROBLEM STILL EXISTS.*AK *ML
