I WAS NOTIFIED THAT HARBOR FREIGHT TOOLS WAS RECALLING INNOVA ULTRA RUNNER 5.30X12 TRAILER TIRES. SINCE THEN I HAVE MADE MULTIPLE ATTEMPT TO OBTAIN REPLACEMENT TIRES FROM HARBOR FREIGHT TOOLS.
