I HAVE 2 BLUESTAR TIRES THAT I WAS TOLD ARE NOT PART OF THE RECALL. THE PLACE I BOUGHT THE TIRES FROM IS VERY ADAMANT SAYING THESE TIRES ARE NOT PART OF THE RECALL. I WAS DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD WITH A 2 WHEEL TRAILER WHICH THE TIRES ARE MOUNTED ON.

SAFETY TIMELINE
A CRACK OCCURS OUTBOARD OF THE AXLE ATTACHMENT WHICH GROWS AND RESULTS IN SEPARATION OF THE END OF THAT AXLE, INCLUDING TIRES AND WHEELS, FROM THE TRAILER.
Remedy: DEALERS WILL INSPECT THE TRAILERS AT ALL 8 WELDS ON THE AXLE TO AIR RIDE BEAM CONNECTIONS FOR VISIBLE CRACKS. IF A CRACK IS DETECTED, THE TRAILERS WILL BE REMOVED FROM SERVICE AND THE AXLES REPLACED.
