TL* THE CONTACT OWNED A 2010 TOYOTA YARIS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DRIVER WAS DRIVING 50 MPH WHEN ANOTHER VEHICLE CRASHED INTO THE DRIVER'S VEHICLE, CAUSING THE VEHICLE TO CRASH INTO A CEMENT WALL.

Remedy: Toyota will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the seat rail, and replace it with a new one, if necessary, free of charge. The recall began on July 3, 2014. Owners may contact Toyota at 1-800-331-4331.
