ON 12/19/2009 I WAS IN A CAR ACCIDENT ON THE NORTHERN STATE PARKWAY I HIT THE GUARD RAIL CEMENT DIVIDER AT 40 MILES AN HOUR. MY AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. MY ABS BRAKES FAILED TO STOP THE CAR IN A SNOW STORM. MY SEAT BELT DID NOT WORK CORRECTLY.
