"TAKATA RECALL" THE AIRBAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. VEHICLE WAS REAR-ENDED AT 30 MPH AND PUSHED INTO CAR IN FRONT. THE AIRBAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. THE DRIVER SEAT BROKE AND TWISTED AND THE HEADREST DISLODGE AND FLEW OUT OF THE SEAT.
