Sunroof leaking into front driver & passenger pillars with airbags. Dealership quotes $6k to fix, but they didnât know where / how itâs leaking!! There are no drain lines in this model, so itâs just a leak into the air bags plain and simple.

The engine is consuming oil at an alarming rate. Didnât reach my normal 5000 miles for an oil change and the oil stick was bone dry. Its put me and my family at risk because its the main reason the car is driving. No it has not been reproduced.

SAFETY TIMELINE
Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing (Toyota) is recalling certain 2009-2015 Venza vehicles. The Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) wiring may become damaged with regular use of the driver-side door.
Remedy: Dealers will inspect and, if necessary, replace the driver-side front door wire harness, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed October 19, 2021. Owners may contact Toyota customer service at 1-800-331-4331.
