Parking brake is releasing on its own. I would press the clutch in when starting the car and as soon as i release or press down again it will release.

Electronic parking brake will intermittently release unintentionally. Replication scenario is to set the parking brake, depress clutch pedal, put transmission in neutral, then release the clutch pedal.
