THE VEHICLE WAS STATIONARY THEN THE GEARS WERE MOVED WHILE HAVING FOOT ON BRAKES HOWEVER THE BREAKS WERE STUCK AND THE VEHICLE WAS NOT ABLE TO BE STOPPED CAUSING IT TO RUN INTO THE HOUSE WHICH HAD CAUSED UNBELIEVABLE DAMAGE.
