Vibration caused by unbalanced drive shaft. It’s made of aluminum and after only 2136 miles it’s already unbalanced and shakes when moving. This is the third vehicle I’ve seen do this after only a few thousand miles of use.

Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing (Toyota) is recalling certain 2023 Tundra, Tundra Hybrid, and Sequoia Hybrid vehicles. The steel chain used to secure the spare tire to the underside of the vehicle may have been insufficiently welded.

Remedy: Dealers will replace the spare tire carrier assembly, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed August 14, 2023. Owners may contact Toyota's customer service at 1-800-331-4331.
