THE PASSENGER SEATBELT IN THE MIDDLE SEAT RATCHETS TIGHT AND LOCKS FOR NO REASON AND WILL NOT RELEASE UNLESS THE BELT IS UNBUCKLED AND RETUNED TO THE RESTING POSITION. THIS HAS HAPPENED BOTH DURING HIGHWAY AND LOCAL DRIVING.
