DT*: THE CONTACT STATED THE PASSENGER SIDE POWER WINDOW WAS ACCIDENTALLY POWERED UP AND THE PASSENGERS HAND WAS PINNED TO THE TOP OF THE WINDOW. THE POWER WINDOW WOULD NOT RELEASE NOR WOULD IT POWER DOWN.
