TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 1991 TOYOTA LAND CRUISER. WHILE DRIVING 45 MPH HE APPLIED PRESSURE TO THE BRAKE PEDAL, BUT THE VEHICLE CONTINUED TO ACCELERATE. HE HAD TO SHUT THE ENGINE OFF TO DECELERATE AND CONTINUE DRIVING.
