DT: CONSUMER OWNED A 1991 TOYOTA CRESSIDA. THERE WAS A HUMMER PM525 MUFFLER, MANUFACTURED BY PILOT MOTOR SPORTS INSTALLED ON THE VEHICLE AFTER PURCHASE. THE HEAT FROM THE MUFFLER CAUSED THE REAR BUMPER TO CATCH ON FIRE.
