EXCESSIVE OIL CONSUMPTION. MY CAR STALLED IN THE MIDDLE OF DRIVING AT A TURN, SEVERAL TIMES IN THE COLD AND CAUSING MY CAR TO SLIP. LUCKILY I WAS IN A PARKING LOT BUT WHEN I SLOWED AND TURNED, MY CAR WOULD TURN OFF AND RIGHT BACK ON.

Remedy: Toyota will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the switch, applying a lubricant if no abnormality is found. If abnormality is found, the PWMS circuit board will be replaced, free of charge. The recall is expected to begin December 20, 2015.
