A vehicle hit my car and left the scene. Both my legs were lacerated so badly that the right could be only partially repaired and the left could not be repaired and need skin grafts.

2013 Toyota Camry. Attorney sent correspondence on behalf of consumer in regards to vehicle sudden acceleration. *smd as the consumer was pulling into a parking space, the vehicle suddenly accelerated, jumped forward at high speed and hit a wall.

    Remedy: Toyota will notify owners, and dealers will replace the wiper switch assembly, free of charge. The recall began on November 8, 2013. Owners may contact Toyota at 1-800-331-4331.

    Remedy: Toyota will notify owners, and dealers will seal the air conditioning condenser unit housing and install a protective cover on the airbag control module, free of charge. The recall began on February 5, 2014.
