While parking, my vehicle suddenly accelerated while turning into a parking spot. I did not inadvertently press the accelerator, and the accelerator was not entangled in the floor mat.

The vehicle was parked in the driveway when the horn sounded, and we noticed flames shooting out of the driver's door panel. When the fire was put out, it was clear it had originated from the driver's door controls, and was localized to that area.
