I NOTICED A "CLUNK" THE REAR DRIVE HUB WAS DAMAGED. THE DEALER AND AM. SUZUKI AGREED TO REPLACE THE DAMPER, BUT IDENTIFIED THE DEFECTIVE REAR HUB AS "COSEMETIC" ONLY AND REFUSED TO REPLACE IT.
