Bought the motorcycle last month and noticed there is a "Stop riding" Recall which has to be performed immediately. Contacted the dealer on 2/10/18 and they ordered the parts.

The position lights that are LED illuminated on the r model of the gsxr are covered by plastic that becomes susceptible to cracking and breaking with normal driving when the motorcycle is left in the sun due to common road debris.

2018-01-25Engine and engine cooling18V064000 Suzuki Motor of America, Inc. (Suzuki) is recalling certain 2017-2018 GSX-R1000, GSX-R1000A, GSX-R1000RA, and GSX-R1000RZA motorcycles.
Remedy: Suzuki will notify owners, and dealers will replace the Engine Control Module (ECM), and inspect and replace the drive chain and sprockets, as necessary, free of charge. The recall began on January 25, 2018.

2018-10-31Fuel system, gasoline18V694000 Suzuki Motor of America, Inc. (Suzuki) is recalling certain 2017-2018 Suzuki DL650A, DL650XA, GSX-R1000, GSX-R1000R, and 2018 GSX-S750 motorcycles.
Remedy: Suzuki will notify owners, and dealers will replace the fuel pump O-ring and the fuel tank inner vessel, free of charge. The recall began October 31, 2018. Owners may contact Suzuki customer service at 1-800-934-0934.
