DUE TO CARBON FORMING AROUND THE THROTTLE BODY, THE THROTTLE WAS IN OPEN POSITION, RESULTING IN UNEXPECTED ACCELERATION. THE BRAKING SYSTEM DID NOT TO WORK PROPERLY, WHICH ALMOST CAUSED AN ACCIDENT.
