AFTER STOPPING TO PARK THE IGNITION SWITCH CANNOT BE TURNED TO THE OFF POSITION NOR CAN THE KEY BE REMOVED. THE CAR CANNOT BE TURNED OFF AS THE KEY IS STUCK IN THE "ON" POSITION.
