I was driving on the interstate at about 65 MPH. I hydroplaned out of control and hit the wall head on. Airbags didn't deploy. My face hit the steering wheel, busting my lip and giving me a black eye, but I made it out alive.

The parking brake does not engage at all even though the parking brake lever give resistance as normal and only lifts about 5 clicks from the bottom. the vehicle rolls when it is engaged as though it is not even pulled up.
