TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 SAAB 95. THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 40-45 MPH WHEN HE NOTICED THAT WITH THE HEADLIGHTS REFLECTING ON THE WINDSHIELD HAD A DOUBLING AFFECT WHEN DRIVING AT NIGHT.
