WHILE DRIVING, VEHICLE WILL POP OUT OF 3RD GEAR AND EITHER GO INTO NEUTRAL OR 2ND GEAR. THIS CAUSES THE FIVE SPEED TRANSMISSION AND BACK WHEELS TO LOCK UP. OWNER IS CONCERN THAT THIS CAN RESULT IN AN ACCIDENT DUE TO LOSE OF CONTROL OF VEHICLE.
