TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 1997 OLDSMOBILE ACHIEVA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 20 MPH, THE DRIVER'S SIDE AIR BAG SUDDENLY DEPLOYED. THE CONTACT SUSTAINED A CONTUSION TO THE FACE AND LEFT HAND.
