An f-350 ran a stoplight at 50 MPH and impacted the front driver side of van at the tire. The van turned upon impact and received the balance of the impact head on with concentration to the left quadrant.

Another vehicle invaded my lane, coming in opposite direction, we hit head on causing great damage in front and driver side of my minivan. I assume we both were at 30 MPH.

Vehicle was involved in a frontal collosion at 55-60MPH. Upon impact, airbags did not deploy, resulting in minor injuries. Vehicle has been totaled. Dealer has been notified.

    2000-11-13Steering00V292002 Vehicle description: mini vans. One or more of the five bolts that mount the rack and pinion steering gear to the vehicle may have been incorrectly tightened.

    Remedy: Dealers will inspect the vehicles and, if the bolts are missing, will replace the steering gear mounting bolts. All bolts will be tightened to the specified torque.
