Brigestone, rd-604 steel, P2115/75R15 tire. I was driving along on a city street when a large amount of tread peeled off the tire. Fortunately, it was a city street and I was going under the poates speed limit so I was able to stop.

When driving down the freeway the vehicle just cuts off. Have to pull on the shoulder, and then a few minutes later the vehicle will start running again. The vehicle does this every now and then.
