This vehicle has less than 24k miles, and just surpassed the warranty period and suddenly with no explanation, it won't start due to a faulty start switch in the brake pedal which must be depressed to start the vehicle or shift into drive.

12/2/2021 SUV accelerated on its own incident happened in my daughters driveway. SUV is available for inspection I have possession as of 1/22/22 picked up from Nissan dealership.
