WHILE DRIVING AT A 30 MPH CONSUMER'S VEHICLE WAS INVOLVED IN A REAR END COLLISION. UPON IMPACT, FRONT AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. CONSUMER MANAGED TO PULL OVER, AND HAD THE VEHICLE TOWED. CONSUMER SUSTAINED MINOR INJURIES.
