TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 MERCURY SABLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE ENTERING A PARKING SPACE, THE RPMS INCREASED EXCESSIVELY AS THE VEHICLE SUDDENLY ACCELERATED, CAUSING THE CONTACT TO CRASH INTO A CURB AS THE VEHICLE WENT AIRBORNE.
