TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 MERCURY MARQUIS. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS AT NIGHT, THE HEADLIGHTS FAILED TO ILLUMINATE. THE VEHICLE WAS DRIVEN WITH CAUTION AND THEN THE HEADLIGHTS BEGAN TO FUNCTION. THE FAILURE RECURRED TWICE.
