The consumer is concerned with the design of the newer vehicles. While trying to get out of the vehicle through the right rear door, the consumer hit her head, sustaining minor injuries. This also happened in another vehicle.

The vehicle's transmission failed. *nm the consumer attempted to enter the drivers side door when the vehicle started to move forward dragging the consumer 50 feet coming to a stop as it hit the curb. The consumer suffered numerous injuries.
