CONSUMER WAS SITTING IN VEHICLE WHILE ENGINE WAS RUNNING, AND SUDDENLY SMOKE CAME FROM HOOD, AND THEN FLAMES. SOON THE FLAMES BEGAN TO ENTER VEHICLE THROUGH THE DASH, CONSUMER THEN TURNED OFF THE ENGINE. FLAMES ENGULFED THE ENTIRE CAR.
