CHILD WAS ON THE BACK SEAT IN A CAR SEAT BEHIND THE DRIVER'S SEAT. WHEN BRAKES WERE APPLIED WHILE DRIVING, THE BACK SEAT CAME FORWARD HITTING HER LEGS ON THE FRONT DRIVER'S SEAT.
