WHILE DRIVING THE VEHICLE HEATED SEATS CAUSED SECOND DEGREE BURNS TO THE DRIVER'S BOTTOM. THERE WAS NO DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE'S SEAT. THIS PROBLEM ALSO CAUSE SOME REDNESS TO ANOTHER DRIVER'S BOTTOM.
